How to register?

We accept students throughout the year since each student is taught individually and learns at a pace that is comfortable to him/her. To ensure all students are placed in the correct level, we do not offer online registration. Instead, we encourage you to call us to learn more about our program, including class locations, schedules and fees. Also, by talking to you directly, we're able to assess your child and recommend the level that best suits him/her, as well as answer any questions you may have.

 

Refunds

 

• The $25 registration deposit is non-refundable; however, once you complete the first level, it can be used to deduct from your tuition fee for the next level.

• No refund for used abacus and teaching materials

• For each payment cycle (20 classes), after one teaching unit (4 classes), there will be no refund. If you quit the program within the first teaching unit, you will still be charged for the entire unit.         

• 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation of a class. For every 20 classes, 4 cancellations are permitted without additional charges.

 

Late/Returned Payments

 

Full payment is due on the first class of the program. Late payments /returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable service charge.
